On November 20, 2024, the International Forum of Rectors of Central Asian Universities was held in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Karakol Autonomous Region.

The theme of this year's forum, held within the framework of the Kyrgyz Republic's educational institution's centenary, was “Transformation of Central Asian Universities in the Context of Global Challenges”. The main goal of the event was to improve the quality of education among Central Asian universities, exchange experiences, and strengthen strategic cooperation.

During the forum, Mirabbos Fazliddinovich Mahmudov, the acting rector of Angren University, participated and gave a speech, providing attendees with detailed information about Angren University.
