On November 14, 2024, the Youth Academy Assembly took place at the “UzExpoMarkaz” national exhibition complex as part of the “InnoWeek-2024” International Innovation Ideas Week.

During the event, a “Dota 2” esports competition was held for university students, and the winners were celebrated during the opening ceremony of InnoWeek-2024. The winners received cash prizes, certificates, and special gifts.

In the competition, which had a total prize pool of 22.5 million UZS, the Webster University team took 1st place, the Westminster University team secured 2nd place, and the Angren University team claimed 3rd place.

For reference, the qualifying rounds of the tournament involved 62 higher education institutions from Tashkent and Tashkent region, including both state and non-state universities. Around 2,800 students participated in the qualifying matches.
