An Important Seminar Held to Boost the Prestige of Higher Education Institutions

On September 19–20, a regional seminar under the Erasmus+ TAM program was held at Alisher Navoiy Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature, titled:
"Strategies for Higher Education Institutions: Gaining an Edge in QS and THE International Rankings."

The seminar featured the participation of renowned international expert Ellen Hazelkorn, who led discussions on strategies for universities to excel in QS (Quacquarelli Symonds) and THE (Times Higher Education) global rankings.

Over two days, representatives from various universities, both in-person and online, exchanged experiences and insights on topics such as quality education, scientific and practical research, international collaboration, and ranking strategies. At the conclusion of the seminar, all participants were awarded certificates.

From Angren University, S. Abdusaidova, a representative from the International Cooperation Department, took an active part and was awarded a certificate of participation.

Her involvement in this seminar marks another significant step toward strengthening Angren University’s presence in international rankings, and it is hoped that the knowledge gained will play a key role in achieving this goal.
